ISO/TS 16949
Qualittsmanagementsystem fr die Automobilindustrie
Als eines der ersten deutschen Unternehmen unserer Branche wurden wir nach der neuen Automobil-
Qualittssicherungsnorm ISO/TS 16949 zertifiziert. Damit ist der derzeit weltweit hchste erreichbare
Qualittsstandard zertifiziert worden.
Diese Zertifizierung nach ISO/TS 16949 ergnzt unser bereits seit vielen Jahren eingerichtetes Qualitts
sicherungssystem nach DIN/ISO 9001/9002. Wir hatten uns zur Zertifizierung entschieden, da fr ein
Produktionsunternehmen unserer Branche eine Qualittszertifizierung nahezu unabdingbare Voraussetzung
ist. Hierzu war die ISO/TS 16949 der richtige Mastab, da sich diese Qualittssicherungsnorm nicht wie bei
den bisherigen Normen auf den Herstellungs- und Prfungsaspekt der Produkte beschrnkt. Sie ist vielmehr
ein gesamtunternehmerischer Ansatz, der u.a. das Managementsystem, die Technologie, die Wettbewerbs-
fhigkeit sowie den Arbeits- und Umweltschutz des Unternehmens einer sehr kritischen berprfung und
Bewertung unterzieht.
Mit dem Erreichen der ISO/TS 16949 Zertifizierung sehen wir eine Steigerung unserer Leistungsfhigkeit
und Verantwortung, die Kundenforderungen qualittsgerecht und gezielt umzusetzen. Wir berprfen
unsere Kundenorientierung nicht nur, indem wir das Ohr am Kunden haben, sondern auch durch Bewertung
der Kundenzufriedenheit und der internen Kunden-Lieferanten-Beziehungen in unserem Unternehmen.
Benchmarking und die Optimierung unserer Prozesse sind Schlsselfunktionen fr weitere Meilensteine
unseres Erfolges.
ISO/TS 16949
Quality management system for the automobile industry
As one of the first German companies within our branch we have been certified according to the latest quality
assurance standard of the automobile industry, ISO/TS 16949. Thus, we have been attested with the highest
attainable worldwide quality standard.
This certificate according to ISO/TS 16949 supplements our quality assurance system as described in DIN/ISO
9001/9002, which we established many years ago. Our decision to obtain quality certification is based on the
fact that for a producing company independent quality assurance is almost a predetermined prerequisite.
In this regard, the ISO/TS 16949 was considered to be the ideal level of measure because the quality assurance
standard is not, as in the case of other previously used standards, restricted to manufacturing and examina
tion aspects of our products. In essence, it forms a complete industrial basis including the management
system, technology, competitiveness as well as labour and environmental protection, thus providing a critical
examination and evaluation.
Our successful acquisition of the certification according to ISO/TS 16949 increases our productivity and
potential to implement customer requirements in a qualitative and effective fashion. We review our customer
orientation not only by keeping close touch with their needs but also by evaluating customer satisfaction and
the relationship between customers and suppliers within our company. Setting benchmarks and optimising
internal processes are key indicators for further milestones of our success.

Comme une de premires entreprises allemandes dans notre branche nous sommes t certifies d’aprs le plus
nouveau standard de l’assurance de qualit dans le secteur automobile, ISO/TS 16949. Par cela, nous sommes
aussi t certifis avec un standard de qualit actuellement le plus haut qui existe dans le monde entier.
Ce certificat d’aprs ISO/TS 16949 complte notre systme d’assurance de qualit d’aprs DIN/ISO 9001/9002
qui a t implant avant plusieurs ans. Nous avons dcid d’tre certifi, parce que pour une entreprise
produisant une certification de qualit est presque une supposition inalinable dans notre branche.
L’ ISO/TS 16949 a t le bon critre, parce que ce standard d’assurance de qualit ne se limite pas l’aspect de
la production et vrification de nos produits, comme c’tait le cas chez des standards prcdents. Elle est plutt
un fondement industriel complet, qui inclut le systme de gestion, technologie, comptitivit ainsi que protection
de l’emploi et de l’environnement, donc fournissant une vrification et valuation trs solide.
Notre acquisition du certificat d’aprs ISO/TS 16949 lve notre productivit et potentiel de raliser des de-
mandes de nos clients dans une manire qualitative et effective. Nous vrifions l’orientation de nos clients ne
pas seulement par nous aligner sur leurs demandes, mais aussi par valuer leur satisfaction et la relation entre
clients et fournisseurs dans notre socit. Benchmarking et l’optimisation de nos procs sont les indicateurs
dcisifs pour des jalons supplmentaires de notre succs.
