Hinweis:
• Synchro-Gewindeschneidfutter kompensieren Synchronisationsfehler.
• Minimallngenausgleich in Druck- und Zugrichtung zwischen Synchronspindel
und Gewindebohrer reduziert zu hohe Gewindeflankenreibungskrfte.
• Reduziert eventuelle Axialkrafterhhung whrend des Schneidzyklus auf ein Minimum.
• Geeignet fr Innenkhlung.
• Khlmitteldruck max. 100 bar.
Note:
• Synchro tapping chucks compensate synchronisation errors.
• Minimal length compensation on compression and expansion balances very small pitch differences
between synchro spindle and tap, which can cause high frictional forces on the thread flanks.
• A possible increase of axial force during the tapping process is reduced to a minimum.
• Suitable for internal coolant.
• Coolant pressure up to max. 100 bar.
Observation: • Mandrins de taraudage version „synchro“ compensent les erreurs ventuelles de synchronisation.
• Compensation longitudinale minimale la compression et traction entre la broche synchronise
et le taraud rduit la friction au niveau des flancs de filets.
• Rduit au minimum les efforts ventuelles axiaux lors du cycle de taraudage.
• Appropri pour la lubrification centrale.
• Pression de lubrification max. 100 bar.
